  1. What this is. Evidence by Vontos is an evidence-based learning record platform, currently in pilot. By creating an organization or account you accept these terms.
  2. Your organization's agreement controls. If your organization has a signed pilot agreement (MOU, Order, or Data Processing Annex) with Vontos, those documents govern over these terms where they differ.
  3. Accounts. Keep your login and PIN to yourself. Your organization's administrators control roles and access. Tell your organization immediately if you suspect misuse.
  4. Acceptable use. Only enter data you are authorized to enter. No attempts to access other organizations' data or to disrupt the service.
  5. Learners never pay. No fee is ever charged to learners or guardians. A learner's access to their own record is free, forever.
  6. Your data is yours. Organizations can export their complete data at any time. Export is never conditioned on payment or dispute status.
  7. Pilot honesty. The platform is under active development. Until your organization completes shadow-mode reconciliation, keep your existing records process as the system of record. The service is provided “as is” during the pilot; Vontos's liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.
